Real Estate Agent – Buying (Full-time)

As a Real Estate Agent, you play a key role in guiding clients through one of the most important financial decisions of their lives.
You act as a trusted advisor, helping clients successfully purchase a home in a highly competitive market.

What will you do?

Guide clients throughout the entire buying process, from search to closing
Advise clients on pricing, market conditions and bidding strategies
Analyze properties and assess value to support well-informed decisions
Negotiate on behalf of clients to secure the best possible outcome
Attend viewings and provide professional advice on properties
Coordinate with notaries, mortgage advisors and other partners
Build and maintain a strong network within the local market

What are we looking for?

Strong communication and advisory skills in both Dutch and English (spoken and written)
Commercial mindset with a strategic and results-driven approach
Proven experience in real estate, preferably in residential buying
Experience in guiding clients through the purchase process is a strong advantage
Ability to build, manage and expand a strong professional network
Highly independent with a strong sense of ownership
Detail-oriented and confident in high-value decision-making
