Real Estate Agent – Renting (Full-time)

As a Real Estate Agent, you play a key role in connecting home seekers, agencies and landlords in one of the most dynamic real estate markets in the Netherlands.
You guide clients through every step of the process and ensure a smooth and successful outcome.

What will you do?

  • Guide clients in securing a rental property in a highly competitive market
  • Act as the main point of contact between home seekers, agencies and landlords
  • Manage viewings and advise clients throughout the entire rental process
  • Negotiate rental terms and increase the chances of successful placements
  • Work with urgency and precision to match clients with the right properties
  • Build and maintain a strong network within the Amsterdam rental market

What are we looking for?

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commercial mindset with a proactive and results-driven attitude
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Sales experience is a strong advantage
  • Experience in real estate is a plus, but not required – we value motivation and a strong commercial mindset
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership
  • Highly motivated, structured and able to perform under pressure
