Real Estate Coordinator (Full-time)

As a Real Estate Coordinator, you play a key role in supporting our agents and ensuring that the entire process runs smoothly behind the scenes.
You are the central link between clients, agents and partners, making sure everything is wellorganized, efficient and commercially driven.

What will you do?

  • Support our real estate agents in their daily operations and client management
  • Coordinate viewings, schedules and communication with clients and partners
  • Act as a central point of contact for both clients and internal teams
  • Screen candidates, conduct intakes with new leads, and prepare client dossiers
  • Ensure all processes run efficiently and are well-structured
  • Assist in managing administrative tasks
  • Think commercially and proactively support the team in achieving results
  • Help build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners

What are we looking for?

  • Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English (spoken and written)
  • Commercial mindset with a proactive and hands-on attitude
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership
  • Strong multitasking skills and able to perform in a dynamic environment
  • Experience in real estate or a similar role is a plus, but not required
  • Motivated team player with a positive and professional attitude
